reporting system. This reporting system features digital color photography
along with a concise easy to read report. Also included with the inspection
Report is an inspection manual. This booklet provides the homeowner with
further information and serves as reference book for the house. The book
contains over 100 pages and color photographs to better illustrate the
information. Also included is a Pre-Closing Inspection Form for the final
walk-through prior to closing.

report is the confidential property of our client. It is not for
dissemination to anyone unless the client requests. Your

The inspection report will be e-mailed to you as soon as it is
finished usually the same day. You will receive both the Full
Inspection Report and the Condensed Realitors / Attorneys
version. You can then send the report to anyone you wish
and still retain and observe the report on your computer.
